If we switch to the new sealant on the gasket line, does that affect our warranty terms with any customers?
Yes — the standard customer warranty requires sealants rated for continuous use above 200°F. The proposed sealant's data sheet lists only a 180°F rating, which would void the warranty as written.

Is the torque spec in the 2019 assembly manual still correct for the new bracket?
No. The 2019 manual lists 35 ft-lb, but Engineering Change Notice EC-114 (2024) raised it to 42 ft-lb for the redesigned bracket. Use the updated spec.

What's the termination notice period in our Ashworth Group service agreement?
Either party may terminate with 60 days' written notice, or immediately for uncured material breach after a 15-day cure period.
